Good to know

The large bricked front porch invites you into our farmhouse cottage features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each decorated in a different color. The Brown Room and has a king bed, tv, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. The Blue Room has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The Green Room has a work space with a desk and a queen bed. The Pink Room has two queen beds and a twin bed. The Green and Pink Rooms share a bathroom that has a separate toilet/shower/tub room and a double vanity. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for gatherings and there is plenty of eating space between the breakfast area, dining area and island seating. There is also a laundry room available for use if needed. The large back porch is available to hang out and enjoy the beautiful backyard or a BBQ. There is a TV on the back porch available for use.

No overnight street parking. We like our neighbors so no parties or loud music. Please do not eat in the bedrooms. No smoking inside or outside. If you break or damage something, please let us know. Absolutely no glitter or confetti, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged if found. No tape or nails are allowed on walls

My family and I stayed at April & David’s Baker Cottage while we were in town this past weekend for a wedding. Checking in was super easy and although we didn’t need much from April & David, they were very communicative with instructions and recommendations. I loved the style of the home and all the open areas for gathering. I will definitely look to book here again should I need a place to stay in the area in the future!

The house seemed VERY new & updated; everything was above & beyond what we had hoped & expected. There was more than enough space for everyone to move around, and plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever have the need.

This is one of my favorite Airbnb stays! The home was spotless, clutter-free, and incredibly comfortable for our multi-generational group of eight. Every light switch and remote was clearly labeled, which made things so easy. The outdoor space—with a fan for extra comfort—was a definite highlight. The photos truly don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and spacious in person. I had a quick question during our stay and received a helpful response through the app within five minutes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely, well laid out house. Beautiful, large shower stalls (might be good to a grab bar). The house is very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and a fantastic kitchen. We were so comfortable and we had such a great time. Thank you for sending someone out right away when we couldn’t get the heat going. We are a group of 80 year old ladies who have been friends since high school. We plan to come back next year.

This was the perfect home for my family! We stayed there the weekend of my wedding so we could be close to the wedding venue and be able to get ready. This was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to stay to get ready for my wedding day! Lots of space and perfectly laid out for a big group. Lots of counter space, table space, and natural lighting. Convenient location minutes away from downtown Tomball. Beautiful backyard with a great patio. Wonderful amenities. April and David were great hosts. Their place was spacious, beautiful and well equipped including a nice patio with TV - better than home! They were also flexible and allowed us to check in a bit early which really helped us out. Highly recommend

April and David were very communicative and very flexible. They even allowed us to check in early because our original plans had lost power during the hurricane. The house is clean and looks better than the photos. April told us she even designed the home herself. It’s rare to see Airbnb hosts truly love hosting and providing comfort to their guests so we appreciate April and David for all of their grace and hospitality.
